End Game

About a week ago I got a call from my fellow JC Artist and partner-in-crime, Nyugen E. Smith telling me that Mana Art Center is kicking off the Jersey City Art tour this year and that he is planning to do an unsolicited rogue performance outside of the gallery and that I should join him. Despite my lack of  live performance experience I decided to join him.

So Friday night I dragged two artist friends along for support and heavy lifting, two 20lbs bags of dirt, and my screenplay of Samuel Beckett’s End Game. I learned so much about my piece, performance in general and the audience.
